I’m Katie Mason (Guevarra), the makeup artist behind Glam by Katie Mason. What began as a passion project in 2011 eventually grew into a full-time career when I moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where I turned my love of beauty into a business centered on helping women look and feel their very best. With more than a decade of experience in makeup artistry, I specialize in bridal and special-event makeup, creating soft, romantic, and timeless looks that enhance each client’s natural beauty while reflecting her individual style.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredible variety of clients, from brides and bridal parties to pageant contestants and professional photoshoots. My approach to makeup artistry is rooted in the belief that the most beautiful makeup is the kind that makes you feel like the very best version of yourself. I pride myself on thoughtful attention to detail, personalized service, and creating an experience that allows every client to feel comfortable, confident, and truly cared for. Whether preparing a bride for her walk down the aisle or creating a polished look for a special occasion, my goal is always to deliver timeless beauty that feels just as beautiful in person as it does in photographs.

Before dedicating my professional focus to Glam by Katie Mason, I spent 12 years working with Jovani Fashions, an internationally recognized eveningwear brand. Through my experience in fashion, styling, and public relations, I developed an appreciation for the details that bring a complete look together, from the silhouette of a gown to the finishing touches of makeup. In 2019, I was honored to earn the title of Miss Delaware USA 2020 and went on to compete at the nationally televised Miss USA pageant. My background in fashion and pageantry continues to influence my artistry, blending an eye for detail with a timeless sense of glamour and an understanding of what makes beauty photograph beautifully.

After years of calling Nashville home, I’m excited to begin a new chapter in Georgetown, Kentucky, with my husband, Will. We were married in May 2025, and as a true Southern gentleman born and raised in Georgetown, Will has made sharing his hometown with me especially meaningful. We’re now looking forward to welcoming our first little one in March 2027, making this season of life even more special. As our family grows, I’m thrilled to expand Glam by Katie Mason and serve brides and beauty clients throughout Georgetown, Lexington, and the surrounding Central Kentucky region, while continuing to offer makeup services for destination weddings.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have built a career around something I love so deeply. From the excitement of a wedding morning to the anticipation of a milestone celebration, I believe every client deserves an experience that feels personal, effortless, and memorable. My greatest joy is helping women feel confident in their own beauty and creating looks they’ll look back on fondly for years to come.
